Barge specially designed to carry bulk material (sand, gravel, rock, etc)

No tide or depth restrictions in Savannah or on Daufuskie Island site. (Equipment can go/come same time each day rather than having a revolving schedule corresponding to tides which are approximately one hour later each day which complicates contractors scheduling of and pickup of material.) Usually Contractors prefer early morning arrival as shipment may have critical cargo needed that day.

Flexibility to run barge twice a day to Daufuskie if needed.

A manned receiving function in Savannah to benefit customer deliveries 8am – 4pm Monday thru Friday.

Working relationships with various vendors both in Savannah and Hilton Head Island to help address the needs of our customers.
